We begin with a comprehensive understanding of your history, goals, and lifestyle. This holistic approach, encompassing habits and nutrition, to ensure a tailor-made fitness program just for you.

In our assessments, we discover your unique movement patterns to tailor a workout program. We evaluate your starting point with body composition scans and movement ability through strength and mobility assessments.

Using the information gathered, we will develop a realistic plan together to help achieve your goal. We will go over realistic time lines, lifestyle improvements we can make immediately and create a long term plan.

The next few weeks will be sticking to the plan. Your trainer will keep you accountable by developing small, manageable steps to improving your habits, nutrition and physical activity in or out side of the gym.

There is no "one size fits all" program and not all programs work forever. That's why we believe it is important to consistently monitor the plan for progress and making adjustments when needed to unsure we continue to see results.
